Keith Oatley

Keith Oatley FRSC, FBPsS (16 March 1939) is an Anglo-Canadian novelist, and professor emeritus of cognitive psychology at the University of Toronto. His novel ''The Case of Emily V'' won the 1994 Commonwealth Prize for first novel.

He is known for his work on the psychology of emotions, the cognitive science of fiction, and the intersection of psychology and literature. Oatley is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada, the British Psychological Society, and the Association for Psychological Science. Provided by Wikipedia
